Status Codes
Account status codes are applied to accounts to indicate a variety of different conditions relating to the status of an account. Only one account status code is associated with an account at any given time. Status codes can be applied manually by an agent or applied using mass status updates, Office/Status/Action sweeps or by Automated Account Manager.

Use the icons to view, update or delete a Status Code; use the Create link in the Operations Menu to create a new status code.
