State Letters
Use State Letters to substitute state-specific letters, allowing you to control letters sent by state without affecting the agents, or needing separate letter series by state. The agents can continue to use one letter or series code and the system will substitute special state letters if necessary.
Create a record for each substitution, specifying the state, the letter than should not be sent and the letter that should be sent in its place.
