Manager Menu
The Manager menu is visible to Managers and above. It includes five tools
Import Files: Managers can import Placement Files, Maintenance Files, Payment Files, Layout Files, Other Files, Dialer Files and Letter Files.
Look Mode: Permits a manager to work on the system as another Agent.
Quick Selects: Run a select query against the database to choose accounts according to specific criteria. Quick Selects can be run in real time or in the background.
Reports: Links to a page listing all the text file reports available.
Site Usage: A basic report showing gross usage of the system by each agent for each day of the month.
