Action Codes
Action Codes are applied to accounts to signify an action that has been taken on the account. These codes are customizable with a number of options.
Use the pencil icon to update a code or the Create link in the operations menu to create a new one. When you update or create a code, the screen has tool tips for most of the fields explaining their use where it is not obvious.
