Admin Menu

The Amin menu is visible to Admins and above. It includes 11 tools:

  1. AAM Calendar: Lists all the Automated Account Manager calendars in the system. These calendars are typically set up at the beginning of the year and never touched after that.

  2. AAM Programs: Automated Account Manager automates actions on groups of active accounts based on user-defined criteria during overnight processing on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

  3. Attach Docs: Permits Admin users to import documents and attach them to accounts.

  4. Documents: Provides a filterable list of all the documents in the system, which then can be viewed, updated or deleted. Typically this information would be accessed from the account work screen.

  5. Dynamic Data IDs: Provides a filterable list of all the D3 variables in the system, which then can be viewed, updated, created or deleted.

  6. Dynamic Data: Provides a filterable list of all the D3 values in the system, which then can be viewed, updated or deleted. Typically this information would be accessed from the account work screen.

  7. Payments: A filterable list of all the payments in the system. Use the Start Batch button to start a new batch of payments and begin the posting process.

  8. Run Jobs: Run Jobs are special programs written to accomplish particular tasks. Use this screen to invoke them.

  9. Statement Groups: Statement Groups are used in the statement generation process. Rather than choosing individual major/minors, these can be grouped into statement groups and run together.

  10. Statements Runs: Used for generating client statements
