Letter Series
Use the Letter Series page to configure a series of letters to be sent to a consumer.
Use the Create link in the operations menu to create a new Letter Series, or the pencil icons in the listing to edit a letter series. A Letter Series can have up to 10 steps. Each step includes a number of days to wait, the action to take (send letter, change account status, change assigned agent or end the series) and an action ID, which would be the letter ID, the new account status or the the new assigend agent.
Every letter series must have an END action, as shown in the example below.
