Agent Cross Office
To access accounts outside their home office, agents must be granted cross office inquire/update permission on the agent security screen (security boxes (81 and/or 82). Once granted permission, the agent by default will be able to access all clients in all offices. If this is what you need, you are done. You do not need to use these screens.
Use these screens if you want to limit which clients outside of the agent's home office that agent can access. Once you have selected one or more clients for a specific agent, that agent will be able to see ONLY the clients that you have selected. (All clients within the agent's office will still be accessible.)
The Agent Cross Office page will show a filterable, sortable list of all the cross office assignments in the system. Use the icons in the right column to view, update or delete an assignment. Use the Create link in the operations menu to create a new Cross Office assignment.
