Clients (incomplete)

Use the Clients page to manage your clients. Using the Clients pages you can:

  • Create new and maintain system settings for existing Client ID’s

  • Choose calculation method for collection costs

  • Set balance limits for Credit Bureau requests

  • Set requirements by client for additional information on special handling accounts

  • Set frequency and parameters for account cancel and returns

  • Set options for client reporting

  • Set parameters for new business credit bureau and skip options

  • Force only specific payment arrangement types to be valid by client

  • Set payment allocation among debts for debtor/debt clients

  • Set custom payment allocation between balance buckets for clients

  • Set explicit letter codes by major client ID

  • Set explicit letter series by major client ID

  • Set explicit account status codes by major client ID

There are a great many options you can use when configuring a client, some of which are deprecated or no longer in use. Hover over the ? tooltips for more information on each field.

Accounts in BFrame are categorized by Office. Offices are then sub-categorized by Client. Client ID’s are user-defined alpha/numeric and can be up to 12 characters, including a 6 character Major ID (Client 1) and a 6 character Minor ID (Client 2).
