Capture Codes
Capture codes are 4-digit user-defined codes that can be applied to accounts to denote account characteristics for use in work strategies. Only one capture code is associated with an account at any given time. Capture codes can be applied manually by an agent or applied using mass updates via an Import File or an Automated Account Manager task.
The Capture Code index page is a filterable, sortable list of all the capture codes in the system, including the code, the description and the agent who created the code.
Use the icons in the right column to view, update or delete a Capture Code. Use the Create link in the Operations menu to create a new code.
