Agent Menu
The agent menu contains three choices:
Appointments: A filterable list of the agent's upcoming appointments. These can also be reached by clicking the Appointments link in the Operations menu.
Dashboard: Displays performance by client or by agent today and month-to-date. Choose earlier dates to review earlier performance.
Documentation: When you select this choice, your browser will open a new window showing the home page for this documentation.
