Statement Formats

Statement Formats control how statements appear. They can be customized at the Major/Minor level. If you leave the Major or Minor blank, that becomes the default format.

Create a Statement Format record for every column in the statement. Specify the column number, the heading, the object (table where the data is located), attribute, format, column width, and how to summarize the column.

You can pull data from the Accounts, Consumer Info, Payments and DMS Debt tables. There are also four calculated attributes:

  • paidAgency: The amount paid to the agency

  • paidClient: The amount paid directly to the client

  • dueAgency: The amount due to the agency, which is the fee under a gross arrangement and zero under a net arrangement

  • dueClient: The amount due to the client (total paid amount)
