Phone Numbers
The system contains a complete history of telephone numbers associated with the account, including
the slot,
the type of number,
good or bad,
consent to call the number, and
dialer-enabled.
If you change one of the fields, the Go commit button will light up. Click the button to commit your changes for that number.
The Consent? dropdown contains five choices
No Consent: We have no consent information for this number one way or another
Consent To Call: We have the consumer's consent to call this number
Consent to Messages: We have the consumer's consent to send text messages to this number
Consent to Virtual: We have the consumer's consent for a virtual agent to call this number
Do Not Call: The consumer has asked us not to call this number
Click the eyeball to display the Phones modal, which will include all the phone numbers, not just the seven slotted numbers.
