Ledgers

The system keeps a complete history of actions and changes to the account in the Ledger table. The ledger panel shows the ledgers in reverse order of creation date. Click the filters to reduce the list to just those ledgers, i.e. click the Letter filter to just see the ledgers related to letters. Click the colum headings to sort the list on that column. Click the column heading again to reverse the order.

Click the eyeball to display a modal of all the ledgers. The modal can be especially helpful for accounts with a large number of ledgers. The filters and column headings work the same in the modal ... click the filters to reduce the list and the column headings to sort.

The Ledger panel shows the Agent for each ledger. If that Agent has been assigned a color, the ledgers generated by that agent will display in that agent's color.
