Payments
Click the Payment button in the Status Bar to take an immediate payment or set up a Payment Plan.

The system will provide a summary of the account to the left and a dropdown to choose the appropriate payment plan type on the right.

Once you select a plan type, the system will display the account summary to the left and the payment plan panels to the right. The first payment plan panel displays basic demographic information pulled from the account.

Below the demographics, the system displays information about the payment method. For example, if we choose an ACH method, we are given the option to input the ABA Routing Number, the Account Number and the type of account. When you input the ABA number it will validate it and provide the name of the bank below the number (in this case 'TEST'). If we had been chosen a credit card method, we would have been given options to input the credit card number, expiration date and CVV.

Below the Account Info panel the system displays the Payment Calculator and the Payment Schedule. Use the calcuator to set the number of payments and the first due date, then click Go to create the plan. Once the plan is created, you can update the specific payment dates and amounts. Once your are happy with the plan, click the Save button.

The calculator will do its best to respond to your inputs. If you enter a payment amount, it will calculate the number of payments of that amount necessary to pay off the balance. If you enter a number of payments it will calculate the individual payment amount necessary to pay off the balance in that number of payments. If you put in the payment amount and the number of payments, it will change the Total of Payments to the product of those two entries. If you enter a percentage, it will calculate that percentage of the balance and set up the plan based on that amount.
Credit Card / Immediate Payment
If the consumer is paying by credit card the system will ask for the credit card information. Behind the scenes it will send that information to the payment gateway and exchange it for a token. The actual credit card information never touches the system; it is stored by the payment provider. The system only stores the token and uses the token to communicate with the payment provider.

Enter the payment amount or the Percentage and click Save.
Existing Payment Plans
If there is an existing payment plan in place, the Status Bar will display a blue Payment Plan button.

Click the button to update or delete the plan. The consumer's bank account or credit card number will be masked. Use the Delete button to delete the plan.

Scroll down further to see the details of the plan. You can change the upcoming dates or amounts or add additional payments to the plan. When finished, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
