Actions and Comments

Use the Actions and Comments panel to record actions you have taken on an account. You can select from an extensive list of actions from the dropdown menu, or take advantage of the Quick Action buttons to avoid the trip to the dropdown menu. Depending on the action you choose, additional fields will be provided. For example if you select PRM (Promise to Pay), you will be given a field to record the amount, as well as a follow up date.

You can also record a comment with your action, by typing it in the comment area. If you just want to leave a comment without taking an action choose the CMM action.

When you select an action the Go button will light up. Click the button to commit your action, or click the Next button in the Status Bar and the system will commit all the changes you have made on the account.
