Dynamic Data IDs
The Dynamic Data IDs screen allows you to add/change/delete or control the settings for custom fields attached to individual accounts in the database. Custom fields can be of five types:
Amount: amount with 2 decimals
Date: date
Time = timestamp (date and time)
Info: up to 200 characters
Number: number
Click the action icons in the right column to view, update or delete a Dynamic Data ID.
To create a new ID, click the Create link in the ops menu. Enter a unique ID, choose the Data Type, whether agents can update the data and a brief description.
If you wish to limit access, you may also choose a Transaction, which controls security, a Major and a Minor.
