Dashboard
Many clients prefer to analyze their data using one of the widely-available analytic tools, for example Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and even Excel. We encourage use of these tools and will facilitate connecting them to your system database so that you can build your own analytic views specific to your needs.
However the system does provide a dashboard showing graphic and tabular summaries of month-to-date effort and results, both by client and by agent. The Month-To-Date view provides basic graphs illustrating Contacts and Fees this month versus last month as of the end of the previous day. The table below shows blocks containing key indicators for Opportunity, Effort, Results and Inventory.

The Today tab shows opportunity, effort and results so far today. Results are updated every ten minutes.

Use the Client/Agent dropdown to switch between views of the data organized by Client versus by Agent. In the Client view, if you click on the name of a client, the page will drill down to show you the results by minor for that client.
Over time the system builds up a complete dashboard history. Use the date selector to choose a prior date to review performance from an earlier time period.
