Look Mode
When you choose Look Mode you get a dropdown listing all the agents in the system. Choose the one you want to follow and click Save.
The system will take you to the Matrix page for that user. The title will say 'Looking at' followed by the agent's ID and initials.
To get out of Look Mode, choose it from the Managers menu and then select Off, which is the first item in the Agent dropdown, and click Save.
