Page Banner
Every page in the system displays the Page Banner, which includes the main menu, the search menu and the operations (ops) menu:

The Main menu includes dropdowns for each of the four main permissions levels in the system: Agent, Manager, Admin and Agency. Users with lower rights only see the menus pertinent to them, i.e. Managers see the Agent and Manager menus, but not the Admin and Agency menus.
The Search menu is used to search for accounts in the system. By clicking the selectors below the search box, you can choose to search on Account ID, Name, Phone, Ref and Social Security Number. The Ref field will search on client account, reference number or original account ID, bankruptcy case number or debt ID. Once you click on a selector, the system will remember that selector. If you then enter a value and press the Return key, it will search on the last selector you chose.
As you search accounts, your search history will build up as a dropdown list to the right of the search box. You can use the search history to return to an account you were working previously.
Use the Operations menu to go to the Matrix page; to see a filterable list of accounts in the system; to see upcoming agent appointments; or to select a work stream. The basic work streams are:
Matrix: the system remembers the category you choose on the Matrix page and will keep feeding you accounts from that category.
Custom: the system will remember the custom criteria you established on the Matrix page and will keep feeding you accounts meeting those criteria.
Special: the remainder of the choices are Special queues set up management. Choose one of those queues to work the accounts in that queue.
