Matrix
The Matrix is the first screen displayed when an agent successfully signs onto the BFrame system. The top left panel shows the 11 Matrix categories. To view/work accounts within a matrix category, select the category from the available options 1-11 by clicking the corresponding gear icon.
Rather than work a category, you can set up a Custom Queue using the Custom Queue panel at upper right. Choose the critiera you wish, then click the black Go button.
The system will create your custom queue and display a full-width panel with a list of matching accounts. Click one of the rows to start working your custom queue.
