Appointments
Agents can schedule appointments with consumers. Any appointments scheduled for that agent in the next two hours will show up in the banner above the status bar.

Click on an appointment to work that account. Click the trashcan icon to cancel the appointment.
To schedule an appointment, use the appointment section of the Contact Info panel on the Work Screen. Choose the date, the hour and then the minute for the appointment. The default is to make the appointment with the logged in user, but you can choose a different agent from the dropdown to schedule the appointment with that user. Once you are satisfied with your choices, click the Go button to commit your changes.
