Common User Interface Elements
Login: The system is protected by a combination of username, password and PIN. To gain access to the system, users must login with their username and password. In addition, if they are logging in from a new IP address or an IP address they haven't used in some time, they will have to request a PIN, which will be emailed to them. Then then can use the PIN to validate their new IP address and login. If a user forgets their password, they can use the Forgot Password? link on the login in screen to request a reset code, which will be emailed to them and which they can then use to reset their password.
Page Banner: Every page in the system shows the Page Banner at the top, which contains the main menu and the Search box.The main menu contains dropdowns with tools for Agents, Managers, Admins and Agency Management. User's only see the menus they have access to, e.g., Agents only the see the Agent menu, Managers see the Agent and Manager menu, Admins see the Agent, Manager and Admin menu and Agency Management sees all four menus.
Matrix Screen: The Matrix is the first screen displayed when an agent successfully signs onto the system. From the Matrix screen agents can (1) choose one of the 11 categories to work; (2) establish a custom queue work stream based on a variety of criteria; or (3) sign into a Special Queue work stream established by managememt.
Work Screen: The Work Screen is the primary screen used by the agent to work accounts. It consists of a Status Bar and a number of Panels organized into a left column, a right column and a bottom, 'double wide'' column for wider panels. Agents use the Work Screen to take payments, update account information, attach documents, and record actions and comments on accounts.
